Rights and deliverables: connect every file to its evidence

List the rights-bearing elements before assembling the final package. A file alone is not evidence of permission.

• Authors, performers, music and masters.
• Images, likenesses, voices and other source material.
• Territories, terms and intended methods of use.

For each result, record the basis for use, the location of supporting evidence and the responsible person. Keep unresolved questions visible before handoff.

• Identify the file and its source.
• Link the relevant document and approved version.
• Record who confirms the evidence.

Agree the final versions, source materials, metadata and supporting records required for the next participant.
